Our Steel buildings can be more cost-effective up front and when considering the whole life cost. The buildings can be relocated and sold, or designed with futureproofing in mind for extensions etc. Our price per square meter may be as much as 30% lower than hot rolled steel equivalents.
Short Programmes
Frames manufacturing the modules allows for a speedier programme on site compared to traditional construction methods. Since the connections of the components are standard, the learning curve of erection for each subsequent project is faster. Both costs and time of erection are accurately known, based upon extensive experience with similar buildings.
Bespoke Design
At Frames we design our steel buildings fit for your needs, our buildings meet building regulations and any other requirements you may need to adhere too are covered. since PEB’s are mainly formed of standard sections and connections, design time is significantly reduced. Basic designs are used over and over. Outstanding architectural design can be achieved at low cost using standard architectural features and interface details.

The steel structure being designed as a component makes it easy to dismantle and erect the same at a new location. Almost all components except the cladding material can be reused.
